In 1985, two hungry attorneys - Rick Rosenfield and Larry Flax - swapped their legal pads to make hearth-baked pizza, from Japanese Eggplant to Jamaican Jerk. Since then CPK, with salad, pasta, soup and dessert, has grown in 27 states and elsewhere.
